Provide training for child care providers in recognizing strengths in children and communicating to parents. The training will focus on captivating the positive interactions, behavior, accomplishments, and learning abilities of the child, then interpreting the activities of the day to the parents in an approach that the parents understand. Will address the cultural issues that families face as well.
